AI Engineer & Research Scientist
Brandon develops AI-powered tools that help organizations make better use of complex data. His work brings together artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure, with a focus on building systems that are secure, practical, and useful in real-world settings.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Computer Science and Political Science, along with a minor in Data Science. That mix of technical and policy-focused training gives him a broad perspective when approaching complex problems. His background includes AI development for federally funded research, machine learning research at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, and software solutions that help connect different types of data into usable tools.
At IsAdvice & Consulting, Brandon serves as a technical lead for AI engineering. He supports the design and development of AI systems for government, energy, and critical infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on responsible AI, automation, data governance, and secure system design.
Brandon is especially interested in building technology that is not only advanced but also clear, reliable, and built to solve real problems.
