Last week was one of the most exciting times of my personal and professional journey. My daughter visited, and we spent some good quality time together. She embraces independence and authenticity. I’m so very proud of her.
June 11th was the day of the launch of the new podcast, “AI or Not”. I chose this subject because of this digital transformational world in which we live where there is excitement, exponential capabilities, and much-warranted anxiety. We support your journey. Personally, I am so thankful to my team, all the guests, and the listeners for your unwavering support of the show. As you know our inaugural guest was Debbie Reynolds – The Data Diva - and she speaks!

Speak Up, Out and About
Artificial intelligence, quantum, and other technologies are instrumental facets of digital transformation but at the cusp of success is humanity. Business and community leaders should know how people are engaging in the process and where humans reside in the values matrix. Insufficient KPIs are troublesome.
This year I have been blessed to be a keynote speaker for several company-sponsored events, and in all cases, I remind participants to embrace AI and to empower themselves by learning the tools.
I say often that we should speak up, speak out, and speak about real matters like privacy, bias, ethics, data management, and cybersecurity. Know that despite challenges, There are good use cases, like early warning systems for infrastructure issues, or rapid insights to enhance customer experiences, and there are published job opportunities for those with AI skills.
I have been in debates where some perspectives are to eliminate humans from all things AI and autonomous systems because we are prone to make mistakes. While context is everything, I respectfully disagree.
Reach Out.
We’re headed into Juneteenth and the 4th of July holidays. That said, my daughter reminds me of the strength of empowerment and how it extends beyond our individual selves.
I encourage you to consider this, relax, and reach out to those who are here to support you in your journey.
Thank you,
